It starts with a free introductory meeting, where we give you a clear sense of what’s ahead and how we think. In the first few sessions, we gather the information needed for strategy, then move into the strategic work itself, and from there into implementation. After that, it depends on how much support you need and for how long. We don’t end the process until you feel fully comfortable and we see that everything is aligned and ready to move forward. Sometimes it’s quick, and sometimes it takes more time.
Yes, there is a contract, but it’s there mainly for clarity and structure. After more than 20 years in this business, we’ve never had to go back to it once the work started. There’s no long term commitment, no payment in advance, and nothing that ties you to us except the value and results you experience along the way. Our services are priced so that clients can feel comfortable starting and confident continuing. They sit on the higher side of the average, but are definitely not overpriced. Most people quickly see that the value and results they get more than justify the investment. To make the first step easier, we offer a 20% discount for the first three months, which is usually enough time to see whether the work makes sense for you.

It doesn’t have lived experience, judgment built over time, or the ability to truly understand specific business scenarios, ecosystems, people, and consequences. A good coach or consultant brings track record, hand on knowledge, pattern recognition, intuition, and responsibility that come from years of real world work. Used well, AI is a powerful tool. It doesn’t replace thinking, experience, or human judgment.
