We will look at how to create the right conditions, how to run internal workshops that encourage ownership, and how to move ideas from conversation into testing and action within a framework that fits your organization. Brand-led decision making
There are always two brands in play: the organization’s brand and yours, and they are already shaping each other, whether you want it or not. Together, we will bring that same thinking pattern into your organization, allowing you to spot growth opportunities earlier, test them faster and cheaper, reduce risk through smart experimentation, and make productive decisions without slowing the organization down.
Blind spot detection
Blind spots are everywhere, and they’re invisible until they’re not. When you’re at the top of the pyramid, with many things on your plate and without micromanaging everything, some things are simply hard to see. In those moments, an external eye can spot them almost immediately. Together, we will look for your blind spots through a small-business and startup lens, because that perspective is one of the most effective ways to detect them. We will then see what requires attention and can be changed, and do what needs to be done.
