If 2020 has taught us anything, it's that there is right, and there is right for now. A business plan contains 8 clear sections, and although it is something you should write when you establish a business, you should also do it again when the market changes or when you want to develop and implement a new business idea. A business plan helps you see the full picture, from angles you couldn’t imagine. 


Many think that business models are like dinosaurs, but it is not always true. There are a few business models that I frequently use with my clients, that will simplify your business routine and will help you to pursue your business goals successfully and effectively. Entrepreneurship is like a muscle. Everybody has it, but not everyone knows how to use it. I am an entrepreneur myself, and I can tell you what I tell my clients: There is no certain path for success, but there is a certain path for failure, and although you can always learn from it, it is not the desired outcome. However, the process of trial and error is the flipside of the coin, and you want to make sure you are using the most efficient marketing channels and deliver the right message to the right people. It is no secret that videos should almost always play a major part in your branding and marketing strategies. However, it is not simple to know how to deliver a message with the right script, how to create the video, and how to choose the right equipment for the job. I have experience with all of this from two angles, both as a strategist and as a creator, and I really love to talk about it.


Knowing how to ask good questions is the most important skill one can have. Why? Good question. It literally gives you an authentic map of a person’s thoughts, motivations, desires, and barriers. When it comes to the business world, this information is priceless. When you interact with clients, competitors and everyone around you, there is always an unasked question, and it holds priceless information.


Working from home comes with different challenges, the most dominant ones are time management and maintaining a high level of productivity in a distraction-full environment, including those who keep calling your name, and that food calling for you from the fridge. Implementing time management practices and productivity goals (like KPIs) is important, and I will be happy to share my own practices with you. 



As a business  owner you probably feel lonely at the top, and it gets even worse when you have a business idea that nobody understands enough to constructively challenge you about it. When I feel like that, I always contact a colleague who helps me see different angles of my idea by shedding light on those ambiguous places, like a flashlight.
